The swimming pool was built in 1981 and ever since that time a school for non-swimmers has been especially popular. Athletes and amateur sports people have the following facilities at their disposal:
- an indoor big swimming pool 25m x 17,5m x 2m
- an indoor small swimming pool 17,5m x 8m x 0,80m
- an outdoor olympic swimming pool 50m x 25m
- two outdoor children swimming pools of about 4m x 4m.
